The Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams has written a cry out letter of intervention to the world bodies over the killings in the South-West region of Nigeria, warning that “the bubble may burst soon”.
He made the cry in the letter he sent to the Secretary General, the United Nations (UN), the secretary of state, United States, the chairperson of the African Union (AU), also the European union (EU), the Economic Community of West African states (ECOWAS), among others.

He titled the letter, “Urgent Need To Stop Killings by Fulani Herdsmen In Yorubaland”, which he did to call the attention of the international community to the present danger that is threatening the peace in Nigeria.
