The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission will take the former JAMB registrar to court on July 6, for an alleged fraud of N900 million.
The counsel to the anti-corruption commission, Ebenezer Shogunle disagreed with the plea bargain application the defence counsel, P.A.O. Olorunnisola, SAN, brought before the court.

It was said that, The former registrar allegedly committed multiple frauds while serving both in JAMB and NECO.
When the matter was brought before the court, the defendant counsel, said arrangements were only been made for plea bargain, in which the counsel for the commission said that the commission is not in support with the terms in the application by the defendant counsel.
The defendant counsel who backed up his application said that the plea bargain was in accordance with the provisions of law.
Because there was no agreement between the two counsels, Justice Egwuatu had to adjourn the matter till July 6.
